During the difficult and decisive period of the Third Imposed War, HAMI’s membership in the Central Council of the Ramadan Popular Defense Support Headquarters played a key role in organizing public capacities to address the crises resulting from the war. The council was established to consolidate the capacities of civil society organizations, donors, and volunteers, and served as a powerful arm alongside other responsible national institutions to manage cooperation and mobilization efforts in a systematic and timely manner. Through the strategic management of this headquarters, logistical channels for carrying out essential actions were opened, and by leveraging national solidarity, the gaps created by wartime constraints were minimized. This effort represented a concrete manifestation of the responsible role played by non-governmental organizations in safeguarding the health and security of citizens on the front lines of the crisis.
