Organizational structure of the HAMI association
The pillars of the association are:
1- The founding board, which after its formation, was removed and its members became members of the board of trustees if they wished.
2. The Board of Trustees, which consists of at least five members and is the highest decision-making body in the association.
3. The Board of Directors, which consists of three full members and one alternate member of the Board of Trustees or other persons on their proposal and its members are elected by a majority vote of the members.

Sources of income and budget
The association is funded by donations from national and international centers and organizations active and interested in humanitarian affairs, the provision of services and project implementation, membership fees for affiliated and online members, and the collection of public donations.
