HAMI has been working in the field of education and social services for the past thirty  years. To ensure that this rich experience benefits refugee communities   and initiatives, HAMI has undertaken a number of programmes. These focus on information sharing, capacity building, monitoring, etc. to enhance the effectiveness of programmes and projects.

 HAMI has  found widening opportunities to participate refugee women and children to the    implementation  of their  development in  local communities

:We can achieve this implementation by

Facilitating  women , children, youth and other marginalised segments of the community to identify their own problems and development priorities
Build the capacity of local development structures/committees to manage their own inclusive planning process and have a Community Development Plan

In this regard, HAMI Association strives to open the way for the local development in immigrant and refugee communities, especially women and children, by holding facilitation training.

 Last week HAMI center of Qom organized a meeting with the presence of  refugees and immigrants fascinators   to implement their skills.
