“The dream of my world” workshop ,was held in December 1997 at Hami ‘s Educational Center of Janatabad, this workshop aimed to teach philosophy for children as a new training project (FBC).
The workshop began with introducing Plato and philosophical concepts in his philosophy for children. this project aimed to teaching intellectual skills such as creative thinking and critical thinking, for increasing the capacity of students’ initiative and creativity and for linking philosophical concepts to everyday matters and their personal and social life.
These classes were conducted in parallel for two groups of students in the Hami ‘s center.
These classes, which are accompanied by the growing popularity of the students, enhance the skills of participation and activity in the group.
Educational assistance activities, such as painting during the workshop, makes children’s vitality and dynamism continues throughout the classroom and makes the concepts more understandable to them.
The picture you see is one of the workshop where the trainer is teaching the concept of “diversity” and at the same time the emergence of “universal citizen” to the students, which seems to be the fundamental concepts of the lives of immigrant and refugee children.
